This process can be linked to an email address (Microsoft Office 365 or Gmail) to receive all incoming emails from, as an example, your website lead form. This is a small process that connects to the next best process to suit the details from the web lead form. 

2.020 EYC - Web Lead Introduction Process

2.020 EYC - Web Lead Introduction Process

This process is automatically commenced from an earlier process. The first step is to determine if the lead / client source already exists within your CRM in order to prevent duplicates. If the lead / client does not exist in your CRM then it automatically creates a new Lead record. 

A task is then assigned to a team member to make contact with the lead / client. From this initial contact the next best workflow will commence (ie, lead proceeding, lead not proceeding).

This process has been designed to schedule and confirm the first meeting, prepare all the documentation and finalise all the file notes and admin post the meeting. 

Integration with tools such as SuiteBox, GoTo Meeting and Zoom allow you to efficiently schedule webinar meetings with your clients.

This process has been designed to schedule and confirm the second meeting (ie., a terms of engagement meeting) if required, prepare all the documentation and finalise all the file notes and admin post the meeting.

This process is used to update the discovery form post the first meeting. If an online discovery form was utilised then this completed automatically.

This process can be used to update the Risk Profile of your clients. 

Integrations can include Finametrica or your own risk profile built on Client Forms.

Integrations can include Client Forms, for follow up surveys and potentially GiftPay to thank the client if they have completed the survey.
